Sameeksha joined the firm in February 2015. A Company Secretary by profession and a Law Graduate, she has a rich experience in the field of Corporate Law, FEMA, RBI and government representation services and other allied laws. Earlier, Sameeksha worked as a Company Secretary in Delhi where she gained a valuable experience in handling Indian corporate and International Clients. Sameeksha has worked with some of the biggest listed corporate in India as a corporate advisory consultant. Being a multi disciplinary professional, she has over the years developed expertise and understanding of clients needs for a customized solution.
